At Sukhothai Surf Co., every board is crafted with care and attention to detail. Because of this, our return policy varies depending on the type of purchase. Please provide proof of purchase so that eligibility can be determined.

Custom Surfboards
We do not accept returns on custom surfboards. Each custom board is uniquely tailored to the customer’s specifications, making it ineligible for return or exchange.

Store Items & Gear
These purchases are eligible for return or exchange.

Soft-top Surfboards
Returns are accepted on stock surfboards in new, unused condition. However, shipping fees associated with the order are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If you believe your board arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
